The Moorings owners contract restrict sold weeks to 2 or 3 weeks a year. You should however be able to find several owners and string the weeks together to cover 10 weeks. You can do that and remain on the same boat.
I do wish I could sell 10 weeks! I would own a dozen Moorings boats. You might see what kind of deal you could cut directly with the Moorings. You can mix and match. If you find 4 weeks of owners time you can buy additional time direct from the Moorings.
