Made a reservation for ferry tomorrow, and confirmation has this designation: F0900 (Operated by: RTFF). Does this mean a different boat? Reservation is for 11:00 am, notice they now do not have any others listed at that time.

I know that - just wondering why this time it is "operated by" - normally they just put their ferry number.
