Hi All
We are traveling through STT to the BVI tomorrow morning. 7 travellers. Submitted portal info on Friday night. Within 5 minutes of submitting we received one approval (for my 16 year old daughter). the 6 remaining applications have been in PENDING status since. We are well within 24 hours of travel and trying to figure out who to contact and how to do so. I have sent an email to the email address given by Portal but no reply. Also, found an 800 number that gave me a "MAILBOX FULL" message. Any insights appreciated.
Thank you!

UPDATE: Never mind. Issue resolved. I just went ahead and resubmitted and got immediate approval. I guess original submissions got lost .

Anyone have suggestions as to how to get a reply from the USVI portal? We submitted our information on Friday evening and are scheduled to travel at 5:30 AM Wednesday morning. The status shows as "Your Application is in process, kindly check back later."

I called them earlier today and the person I spoke with said it would be completed this afternoon which has not happened. According to AA, they will not let us board the plane. We have positive antibody, negative fast test, and are vaccinated.

Any suggestions will be appreciated..

Thanks,

I need to make these plans at end of July. I tried looking at the info required to fill in on the Portal but it requires the info to be filled in and I am not ready to do that. Is there a PDF of the form that I can look at to insure I have all info ready once I fill in for real? Or does anyone have any info where to look at the requirements?

I think that if you go into it and use a date of travel within 5 days, you can get most of the way through it. Having OCD tendencies this is what I did in advance.

The tricky part for me was the screen to enter ones DOB. You cannot just enter the dates directly - it must be done on the calendar by clicking on the year , month, and date. I think the calendar starts at a year of 2012 and being over age 60 clicking back month by month for many years was not appealing. Fortunately, I figured out that id you click on the top center of the calendar it will give you a range of years to select from. Otherwise it is straightforward. Have your arrival flight number and seat assignments handy.

Safe travels.
