Probably. As far as I know, other than the ship that is homeporting, there are no planned ship calls...

If you are interested in ships saiing with PASSENGERS, that schedule is not it. The Enchantment of the Seas is listed there, and it definitely was around when we were there, but not sailing with passengers.

Carol, that is simply the active roster of ships that are scheduled to be dockside, and dates and times, not just ships carrying passengers. The only two ships that are actually carrying passengers and home-porting out Philipsburg are the Celebrity Millennium and the Star Breeze. I believe that is the link that used to be active above and is what the OP requested.
