We haven't left Beachside today. Cooking some ribs on the grill at the moment. Did upload some pictures a few minutes ago.

The beach here is wide and beautiful. Life is good.

Sounds like a perfect day to me. No responsibilities, no obligations - just do what you want to do when and as you feel like doing it. Or not?

Ah, life is good...... 😊😊

Actually you accomplished more today. Rushing to have dinner in a restaurant and looking at your watch is not accomplishing what someone on vacation (imho) is about. Walking out your villa and having your feet in the sand with the water steps away is awesome.

We have done a pretty good job of doing nothing so far, since Thursday! Planning on heading over to Orient today, but the weather looks a little iffy at the moment.

A do nothing day is a vastly under-rated activity. Much easier to accomplish on multi-week stays. We always have a few.

Doing ''nothing'' is a great vacation. Means you are relaxed, and sand gravity already taking its toll. Would much rather do ''nothing'' in SXM vs doing ''nothing'' at home!!!!

Your idea of "doing nothing" accomplishes a whole lot. IMHO, there is no need to go-go-go vacation. We should all try to enjoy more laid-back "do nothing" days.

My sentiments exactly, Bahston! What doesn’t happen this trip will give you something to look forward to for the next one.
That’s my story and I’m sticking with it!!
