Hmmm. I guess fully crewed? I didn't' realize there was a difference. It does include all meals and certainly the captain does way more than just sailing the boat.

Generally 15% of the cost of the charter. That’s total and the crew splits it. If they were exceptional add a bit. G

15 -20% of total cost is standard for quite a few years.
