Do you want LUXURY at an all inclusive, where you mostly will just stay at the hotel and enjoy all the included services, with not much of a beach? If so, go for Hidden Beach. Or do you want a fantastic beach at a somewhat rustic resort which does not have a pool or hot tub, but where if you like, you can tour a fascinating island with a lot more to offer than just a nude resort? If so, go for Club O. Very much apples and oranges..

Be aware that Hidden Beach Resort hasn't much of a beach. Mostly rocks and coarse sand. It is far from bad but definitely not a "beachy" vacation.
There is a great pool and the food and service is without comparison. If you want sand and waves that is not the place.

Highly recommend Club O!

- Club O is clothing optional so if one of you is more enthusiastic than the other...easing in is easy...

- St. Martin has fantastic restaurants and shopping so you can throw on clothes and explore its many charms as you wish...be sure to get a rental car.

- The people at Club O are mainly the most accepting, tolerent people we have ever had the pleasure to meet...we have made many friends there.

- When you are in St. Martin on the French side you are "in France"... The cops are French Gendarmes on rotation from Europe, the flag is Le Tricolour, and Grand Case is the gourmet capital of the Caribbean...

...I could go on and on, but you get the idea...

If you want relaxing 24/7 nekkid beach vacation with the friendliest vacationers next to you, and are not looking for a 4-star luxury resort, go to Club O - you'll have a wonderful time !

Carol nailed it. I haven't been to Hidden Beach, but know and read about people that went there. It's far more upscale. It's simply whether you want 5 star with a mediocre beach (but fabulous pools), or a 3 star with a breathtaking beach. There's no right or wrong answer, merely up to preference.

An alternative that lands you somewhere in-between those two extremes is Club Fantastico http://www.clubfantastico.net. It's a clothing-optional boutique hotel, five-minutes drive up the hill from Club O beach. It's beautifully laid out with wonderfully comfortable beds and run by the most amazing hosts, Chloe & Thierry. They offer a range of options from all-inclusive, to b&b and will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs.

You should pick club orient. Best beach anywhere in the world.
The best companions anywhere. And how could you avoid happy hour at the Perch?
