Very long day, starting at 3 AM. No problem with the flight, which was apparently overbooked. Fortunately we were a few minutes early, and ended up in front of FOUR other big planes that were due to land within about 10 minutes of when we did. Dropped the bags at Beachside and went to Carrefour for groceries. Only blip of the day was we went by Captain D's for carry out for dinner and they somehow lost our order, so that took forever. The food was actually fairly decent though. It's been raining almost constantly since we got here, but no big deal. In for the night and ready to start enjoying things big time starting tomorrow! Sorry, no pics, too tired!!!

Thanks everyone for the good wishes!! Just spent a quality hour or so just sitting staring at the water, listening to the waves, and drinking a nice pinot grigio...  Pat--we actually found some good deals at Carrefour today in the produce aisles!!!!

Glad to hear you had a safe flight!! I think you dodged a bullet, looks like the rest of the week is looking pretty good, in the 80's and the usual rain cloud or two for five minutes. Just enough time to make another refreshment!!! Have a great time! Tell the staff we said hello!!
