Hi all - heading down to Virgin Gorda and Adagio villa this week - just booked on Intercarribean for 2:30 PM - quick question for recent travellers - where is the check-in counter in SJU for the airline - I'll only have a bit more than an hour to collect my suitcase and make my way back to the check-in - coming in on Delta. cheers Brian

Brian - check your flight DAILY. They keep canceling left and right.

The check-in is all the way down to the very right as you are facing all of the airline counters in SJU.

Curious how InterCarribbean flight/schedule/changes were for you on this trip down? We are looking to do a similar route in the future. Thanks!

I ended up switching to cape air - the layover times were too short for my liking but in the end, the intercaribbean flight did take off and i could have made - incoming flights to both atlanta and to SJU were ahead of schedulev- cheers

Our Intercaribbean flight was cancelled, while we where actually in the BVI. If it was not for one of the crew who had email turned on, we would have not even known. Now I am trying to get my money back, I am not feeling confident this is going to be an easy process.

Intercaribbean canceled our R/T flights in May SJU-EIS. I found out only after sending an email because I read on hear that 90% of the daily flights were being canceled. They said it was due to lack of demand and offered to rebook or refund. I opted for a refund. It took a little over a month and several inquiries, but did finally get a refund thru Paypal.
