Loaded the Versa up for a day at Pinel.
The harbor smells like Black Death

But we timed the ferry just right

Only waited 10 minutes and we left for the shores of Pinel

Great to see Orient from a different perspective

We pulled up to Yellow beach but friends directed us to Karibuni

Lots of people, people pulling up on boats. Busy place,

chairs were $25 buckes of Carib $25 each
The iguanas were out playing to the crowd.

The rains came in the afternoon, luckily the boat people had departed so the Resturant wasn’t crowded

Ribs were really good
River prawns were outstanding

Went back early because the sun was gone

Took the Versa down into Phillipsburg and over to Dawn Beach
Dawn has changed so much from the first time we stayed there

But the road is still a mess lol

Back to the apartment for a nap then got dressed for drinks at Bikini

Dinner at Sa. wine, sushi and plater were good

Snoring within 20 minutes of getting back to room

Tomorrow Covid test and Orange fever

Glad you were able to make it over to Pinel. That food looks marvelous! Is that a shot of the moon last night? If so, outstanding!!

River prawns look very good, estimated price.
Yellow fever will be our "hang" for our first week in August.
Got pictures of wife on Pinel feeding some big Iguanas lettuce.
Afraid of mice, spiders and snakes but allows those scary looking creatures craw over her!!!

Anyone know where Olivia is who used to work at Orange Fever?
Can't wait to see JC who I believe is working at Orange Fever.
