"In this situation there is a total disregard for everyone's health and maybe being out of business is better than the life and health of a person."
Or we could use personnel responsibility and stay away from places where we don't feel safe and let everybody else get on with and enjoy their lives. BINGO, we have a winner! X2

The difference with loud, crowded establishments where wearing a mask is not a thing is that, yes, YOU can avoid these places....not a personal issue.at all...BUT if you rented a condo or room near places with really loud late night noise you just can't leave....you definitely could make a note NEVER to rent there again and note in in posted reviews but that hurts the owners of the place to stay.
So it comes down to noise wins.....crowded no-mask-needed places win 'cuz , after all, they are crowded and doing a decent business and their patrons like late night noise and they can return home where it may be quiet
I should add that I have no issue with sitting at an outdoor place during the day or early evening without a mask and having a great time with drinks food and swim...it's the uncontrolled crowds that mess it up

Just a little common sense.

All righty then. I think this thread is going nowhere at this point.
