Maybe this is old news, but I don't see the $30 charge to enter SXM on the EHAS site?

Charge for the insurance was on the last page if I remember correctly Edit: on the EHAS site I see they added this for the ABC Islands As of April 1 2021, a negative rt-PCR test result 72 hours before departure and a negative antigen test result 24 hours before departure are mandatory for all travelers originating from Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao. Alternatively, only a negative rt-PCR test 24 hours before departure will also be accepted.

If you're talking about the travel insurance, it is still a requirement, according to the official government website..
