Yesterday the dirt road to Club Orient was closed--evidently the installation of new water and sewer pipes has begun. It isn't one-way traffic--it's completely blocked, apparently for days or weeks. There are "deviation" signs directing traffic away from the road.

It's easy enough to reach Club Orient from the other entrance--the asphalt road to the other businesses on Orient Beach. The road will bring you all the way to the parking lot near the Perch restaurant.

Yesterday was another windy day, with lots of sargassum in the water, so there were few people under the yellow umbrellas.

Yes, I posted that a while ago, that it was going to happen. So, now one has to go through the main entrance to the Village and drive down the road behind the beach bars, is that correct?
