Interested in buying a unit at Las Arenas. Has anyone stayed there or might know of someone that owns there? Any pros or cons would be greatly appreciated.

We stayed there a few years ago, nice location, beautiful unit. Parking spaces were very tight, pool was very small, beautiful section of beach but was quite rocky right in front of units.

My wife and I stayed there a couple of times. We absolutely love Las Arenas! The first time was a second floor unit called Paradise Found, an absolutely gorgeous condo. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The other time was Le Bleu a bottom floor one bedroom, that was very, very nice also. Both condos were spotless on arrival. The view form the condos was beautiful. Also both were equipped with all the comforts of home. Wife and I felt very safe staying there. I have to admit it is not cheap to stay at Las Arenas.
