CBD is illegal under federal law except for products that contain no more than 0.3 percent THC on a dry weight basis or that are approved by FDA. Domestic travel would be fine except there are still some states where ALL types of CBD is illegal. Scuba, just buy some in Marigot, then you don't have to worry about taking it on the plane.
