Looks like you are required to have negative test 3 days before flight back to the U.S? What type of test is required? It looks like on island they offer PCR and Antigen test. What is the difference and which one do you need to take to fly home? Thanks

The antigen test is much easier to obtain within the required time period, since even on island, you can often obtain results within a couple of hours. A PCR test is considered more reliable, but takes longer to obtain the results. Although I'm not certain, my guess is that an antigen test is also cheaper.
