Question: I always used to get a burger and a beer at Buccaneer Beach Bar. Now that it's closed, which do you all think is better, Replay or Greenhouse? Reasons? (I do realize that this is a highly subjective question?)

Greenhouse burgers are good. Have not tried Replay. Try the burgers at the Burger shack on the point of Simpson Bay Resort. Have always had good ones there.

Toppers also has a really good burger, better than Greenhouse IMHO. Not sure if Toppers is moved yet (over to Carousel). Have not tried the one at Replay yet.

If The Palms has their burger which is done as a special, Greg grinds the beef himself, it is among the best on island. Have not tried Replay, not a big fan of Greenhouse for much of anything. Cheers, Todd
I prefer the Isle seat

Years back LaVista had a great burger wit real gouda on it. Maybe they still do.

I normally do the burger for lunch as a special treat so I doubt I'll be venturing too far from the resort. I'll definitely let you all know my experiences.

Leagle--LaVista is a hop and a skip from SBR, and the views from there are stunning.

We've usually had at least one dinner at LaVisa each trip and enjoyed it. Didn't realize they were open for lunch.

...and breakfast! We have had several long lovely breakfasts there, usually watching the cruise ships come in. Due to low occupancy levels everywhere, not sure what their hours are now though. Best to check once you arrive on island.

Why not try something new? The Dinghy Dock has awesome burgers and quite the selection. You can opt for a simple burger, or try one of their many special creations...
I am partial to "The Heat" - Spicy Mayo, Jalapenos, Jack Cheese and Bacon. My hubby opts for "The Cali" - Avocado, Bacon and Jack Cheese.

Where is Sand Bar, LESLEY? Don’t think I’ve ever heard of it.
Respectfully,
pat

If you're in the Maho area, Tortuga - at the Royal Islander - does a great burgher with lots of options

if you want more of a casual local vibe, we had a decent burger at Mr. Frys in container town (the string of container restaurants behind Capt. D's)
