Day 9 - Friday It was to be a very interesting and fun day(my opinion). Breakfast was from La Sucriere French Bakery on Welfare Rd. - Croissants. That started the day off on a positive note. Mid morning we had a visitor, Kelly, owner of our place. What an interesting and nice lady. Got to talk about her place, some of the unique and unusual furniture pieces. Her last job, since her regular cruising job has been slowed, was 1st or 2nd Mate on a tug boat servicing DEW line stations in the Arctic. Really a pleasure to meet her. Kelly had provided us with some sliced ham and when added to a slice of French bread and some cheese and "nuked" a few seconds made a nice lunch. We were back at The Pub for dinner. Being Friday(German) night, I had another Brat w/German Potato Salad. Betty had an order of Spring Rolls. With a SXMBeer and Coke and no service charge, the bill was $21.00. A short, but losing stop at the casino to kill some time, then onto Hole In The Wall. Again Bob and Ronnie were performing. Friends Vanessa and her "usual Friday Night date", Andy, were there. Vanessa's "other man" also came in. Betty got to dance with him.

That Brat looked scrumptious.

Love Le Sucreire! Your hostess sounds like a very interesting lady. Thanks for the reports!

Where is "The Pub"? Might have to try it for that Brat. Love German Potato Salad.

It's where Byblos was before Irma, if you're familiar with that.

Pretty hard to eat and drink with a mask on.

I meant dancing cheek to cheek, not when eating!
