Heineken is going to be different this year, no scheduled parties at all--versus Carnival, in which they are limiting crowds to a mere 4,000 people. But, still a very big risk, for sure, with all the folks on the boats...........

Strange...! yeah, everyone wants to clutch their pearls when they hear carnival, which is attended mostly by locals, will go on...but the regatta, which is mostly attended by non-locals/tourists, is defended as a benefit to the island

AGAIN, as I said, NO organized parties for Heineken. That's the difference, versus limiting crowds to "only" 4,000 people. And while they say they are not going to allow jump-ups at Carnival, you can bet they will happen anyway.

They may or may not curtail Carnival but I’m willing to bet Jouvert will happen regardless of what the government has to say about it, and that would likely be a bad news situation regarding the spreading of Covid.

No way Pat and it will be curtail . We live here and can't afford more Virus problems. Prayers a lot of people are reality broke . Hoping for the best. Thank God for our Daughter deciding no way that she and her brother have to be with us . That's Kenya strenght .
