Yay, it worked!
This is what I did in order to post a picture. I didn't even have to register.
I clicked 640 X 480 for message board.
Clicked upload.
Clicked choose and browsed my computer to find the picture I wanted to post.
Clicked Open.
Chose "Hotlink for forum" and Right clicked it, and chose Copy.
Came here, made my post, Right clicked and chose Paste.

Very nice! An interesting thing for me is that I can actually see this photo, while I can never see the photos that others post here, using the Full Editor feature. Kaspersky anti-virus has a problem with this forum, for some reason, and I just see links to photos. When I click on them, they will never load.
