DPNR warned Lime Out that dinghies tied off there are "rafting up" which is not permitted and can be fined. Skippers will need to drop off crew and swim from anchor or wait in the boat.

Empty dinghies defined as rafting? Who will be responsible from a possible drowning incident while swimming? We all know the ease of getting back into a dinghy from the water!
