Has anyone been to Tahiti Beach on the Côte d'Azur near St. Tropez??? This was the area invaded by the US Army when they attacked the south of France. (Sort of a warm weather D-Day or Omaha Beach with palm trees.)

Yes but not in peak season so we didn't get the full experience. The restaurant was good but expensive. The beach (Ramatuelle) is broken up into numerous small private beaches of which Tahiti Beach is one. There is a little hotel up the lane called Ferme St Augustin which we really enjoyed. It is family run, has good food, a nice pool area and a free shuttle service into St Tropez.

Do you know specifically where the CO part of the beach is and which road to go down to get there? By example, I know a lot of visitors to Orient Beach in St Martin, see the first sign for Orient Beach and find themselves near Boom Boom Jam at the north end of the beach and a long walk from the former site of Club Orient. I would like directions similar to getting directed the site of former Club O, except at Tahiti Beach. Thanks
