We enjoyed Sublime twice during our last stay. The food was good - not out of this world incredibly good - but good, for sure and the service was excellent. We ate inside one night and out on their balcony the second night, my preference being outside. Just my opinion but they seemed to be way over-staffed both nights we were there but the staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. It is certainly a huge step up from their last location in Simpson Bay.
Respectfully,
pat

Thanks Pat , however it's just the name but he is not the Owner. Only The Chef he is and we sat outside .

I assumed there had probably been a change in actual ownership given the changes in both location and pricing not to mention the very upscale decor. Definitely now a place to see and be seen and maybe give Jax and Le Moulin Fou a run for their money?
Respectfully,
