Has anyone had issues with not getting timely response from the St Maarten Health department on the. COVID country entrance application?
Oth wife and I submitted application yesterday. Both tested negative. We both submitted our applications yesterday at the same time and received a email acknowledgment ina few minutes. Early this morning where she received an “all good” email from the Health department. We are pushing 24 hours and no response on my confirmation to enter country.
Looking for ideas on co tact to find d out what is going on?

Bob--did you use the same email address for both of you? Hopefully not, as others have reported that as being a problem. If so, re-submit application with a different email address. If not, you might want to just re-submit the application, as is. Many people are having problems.

Read some of the old posts, this seems to happen a lot. As Carol stated, resubmit and if possible, use another email address. Good luck.

Sent on under wife’s email and entered my email. Received initial response to my email ok. Sent the email to initial response Heather department email address. No response so far. Re submitted entire application a couple of hours ago with quick acknowledgement But not other response to entering country , so far., about 36 hours a counting to flight.

There was a phone number given in a prior post that seemed to help a similar situation....
