I have seen frequent FB posts about Topper's move to Carrosel building. Is it open and has anyone been there?

When I was there in late September he was hoping to open by November 1st. Hope for his employees sake it will be soon. They are a nice group of people.

The land is privately owned , hence the movement .

Well Carol, all that know is that his restaurant and the Distillery will be there . I just saw the sign .

I believe the land is owned by Al Wathey who used own Turtle Pier and now owns a place up the beach.

I thought I saw somewhere that there was going to be Thanksgiving dinner at Toppers. Must have been at the old place?
