I saw in previous post about some new condos being built on Simpson bay beach by El Zafiro? Does anyone have any information on these condos such as exact location, size, price and completion date? Thanks

They are basically between El Zafiro and Beachside Villas. Topper is building them. Off the top of my head, cost is around $850K, I think.

Anything on Simpson Bay would be great. We were interested as well but it was just to much money (for us) for to little of condo but I guess that's the price for being on the beach in paradise. IMO, That end of the beach seems to get a lot more damage during the bigger hurricanes of course that depends on the construction and how close to the water or protected you are, .

Yeah, that is true, that end of the beach is where the seaweed accumulates.

Topper is also building other condos not far away, and not on the beach, but for less $$$.

Toppers is building next to El Zafiro and not cheap either.

Actual starting price is $ 550,000.00 upwards just spoke to the Land owner.
