This Bare Necessities cruise looks like a winner so we booked it. celebrity constellation French island cruise - 9 days from ft launderdale stopping at Guadalupe, Cococay Bahamas, St Bart's, and St Martin + 4 days at sea. So aside from Guadalupe, everyday has nude recreation opportunities.
Interested in any tips for bare necessities cruise prep ( I know way out! But we are excited) . Also, interested in reviews of the ship in general.
Can't wait to pack for this trip. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Laugh.gif" alt="" />

When you get on you will find a thread already started on that cruise. Have not booked yet, but plan to join you and the others on board. Quite a few get very involved on theme nights. We are more observers than avid participants although the boss did go all out this past February on the BNB. You will enjoy the journey.

Got on. Some good info and I'm sure it will get more better as sail date nears. Not nearly as juicy as ttol is. Best site in town.

Went on again today. Not much traffic at all except people telling each other what room they are in. Tiny bit disappointed. I guess I'll just have to wait to live the experience live in action

Once you get past the other cruises the activity will pick up. Look at the archived threads for past cruises for reference.

We are looking at that particular cruise too. Great stops and a little extra length beyond std 7 days.
Does anyone guess whether floridas nudist/co resorts will run a bus all the way to Fort Lauderdale? I've seen ethereal they do this for tampa and port canaveral departures.
To the op, do you know what co shore excursions they are offering.
Can you dine in the buffet nude?
Are the hot tubs and pools kept open later than most textle cruises which close at what I'd call early?

[color:"red"]Cypress Cove and Caliente will have buses. They do require you to stay at their resort before and after cruise I've seen ethereal they do this for tampa and port canaveral departures.

[color:"red"]Not OP but special shore excursions will not be announced till shortly before sail date.

[color:"red"]Buffet nude is fine. Must be minimum dressed for main dining room. Specialty restaurants have own guidelines.

We will book one of the few remaining inside cabins on Monday when they open up. We'd love a balcony, but the $2000 extra we are banking we won't spend much time in the room to miss it.
We are used to textile cruises where you have to send a scout up to get chairs. We don't just throw a towel on but at least one of us gets breakfast or what not to actually keep them occupied.-----The paranoid side of me says there will be people up all night to get a deck chair, anybody have any experience how early is too late to get a chair by the pool.
Also, how is towel availability been. I'd certainly hate to hunt all over for a towel. That should be priority one on a cruise like this I'm hoping.

Towels are not a problem. There will be fresh towels in rolling baskets located thought out the ship. Good luck getting a deck chair. They were as scarce as hens teeth this past February. I think people slept in them. Supposedly there will be "towel police"...

6am would give you a fighting chance, but far from a guarantee. Also depends if you want pool side or just the ability to see the pool.

The last big cruise in Feb 2013 had 3000 people and multiple pools. The "main" pool area on any size ship is about the same size and only so many chairs and people can fit. I myself, prefer quieter areas with some shade and had no problem finding an empty chaise any time of day. There were plenty of them, just not all in the same place. I'm sure the 2014 and 2015 ships will be the same. Bare Necessities cruises are always wonderful vacations!
Stop by and say hi at the Laguna del Sol and Mira Vista Resort booth on the sea days.

Will do. We are same way , we don't need the pool all the time. We just want two chairs somewhere sunny and after awhile shady.
We were thinking of bringing some cheap collapsible soccer game chairs with ottoman if it sounded like we were gonna get skunked on the chair monopoly. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" />
