It seems as though even if you want to visit SXM you can’t get an airline to get you there! This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks they have cancelled our flight in October. I thought the COVID testing was an issue but AA seems to not want us to get there. I understand trying to pack a plane but coming from California we don’t have a lot of choices.

When were you supposed to be flying? It seems that AA is flying around 3 days a week now??

It looks like Tuesday and Wednesday are the only days that week they are not flying from Miami, if that's where you are connecting through. Are you able to switch to one of the other days with your personal schedule?

Hi - AA did the same to us. It has become a headache trying to get to SXM. We still have no locations near us that guarantee PCR test results in 72 hours and AA has changed our flights. We’ve decided to postpone until there is a clear path to getting to the island without all the unknowns and hoops.
We will continue to watch the situation and as soon as we can go we’ll rebook.
