Are there any restaurants open on the Dutch and French sides?

Are there any casinos open?

If the casinos are open, do they have dividers between the slot machines and at the black jack tables?

We assume that mask are required at restaurants (while not eating or drinking) and casinos?

The French border is closed at least until September 15. Hoping it's open again by the time we travel.
