I just got off the phone with La Tour who at this time seems to be running Atrium, and per the person on the phone the Atrium may not open until October. Note that I am unable to get through to the Atrium directly. Anybody have any more info? If you stop by is it locked up? Cheers, Todd

La Tour Hotels and Resorts is the management company for the Atrium, but it is still owned by Festiva. I have found La Tour to be very helpful and they send e-mails often to keep the timeshare owners updated. Their last e-mail stated that the Resort would be closed until October at the earliest. They know many people will not be able to come to SXM until at least the fall dependent on the airlines resuming flights and the airports receiving international flights. They are trying to keep the costs down until money starts flowing again. They told me they have terminated most of the staff, but will be calling them back when the Resort opens.
