Having spent last two New Years, it seems like all the usual places are trying to recoup spring/summer losses with high season. I usually don’t book this far in advance. 2 years ago I booked in June and last year I booked after Thanksgiving maybe after 1 December.
Anybody ever stay at Carl’s Unique Inn and Conference Center???

Pelican--never stayed there, but I don't really think of that as a tourist level accommodation. And the area is a very local area. I personally wouldn't be comfortable staying there.

I looked at it once. Small rooms surrounding a patio. By the bakery. Didn't choose to stay there.
