Hello everyone, I'd like to post some photos that were recently taken on my iphone to TTOL. Most of them were shot vertically (rather than horizontal or landscape) so every time I go to post a picture it's sideways. I tried uploading them into my computer and rotating them different directions but each time when I post to TTOL they are are all laying on their side.
Does anyone know of a way, or maybe can suggest an online photo site that I might upload, manipulate the pictures and then post to TTOL so they are right side up? So frustrated with this, I've been trying for a month and then give up. But I thought I'd give it one more shot by reaching out to you!
Thanks for any help you might provide.

I have had people send me pictures for uploading and I saved them to my computer WITH A DIFFERENT NAME, and it worked OK, to upload them to TTOL the correct way. Did you try that?

Hi Carol!
So I would send you the pictures and you would post them to my trip reports?

Teresa--I could do that, yes, normally, but right now I am not at work most of the time and my connection at home does not allow me to upload. My question was, have you tried to save the photos to your computer WITH A DIFFERENT NAME? That is what I have done when other people have sent me their photos in the past, and that has worked.
As an alternative, you can always just do your trip report in a word format and use the attachment manager to attach them to the bottom of the post and people can click on each picture and rotate it the proper direction.

Hi, I use a free photo viewing / editing app at https://www.irfanview.com/I found that if I open photos with it an then save them with it, they come out right side up on TTOL. Hope that helps. Been using it for years. Jim
