Beside the UTS-Chippie offices, does anyone know where else there are terminals to add $ to one's TopUp card? Since you cannot do it online, as they cannot accept credit cards, the only way to add time to a Chippie phone account is with the TopUp card and by paying cash, which I did at their P'burg office last year. Are there any other locations besides UTS offices?

In Nov. there was one at the new gas station (Texaco) in Simpson Bay and I believe it was mentioned The Mail Box now has a working machine. Tech Hub in Carrefour at the round-a-bout (Mark's Place restaurant) I know has one as I have used it. Last March none of the machines at the UTS offices worked. Pretty sure the machines only take cash but I am not 100% sure on that.
You might do a search as this topic is often discussed.
