What's with the Orange being cut and served that way? Is it something special it's sitting in?

My guess on the orange is that it has a sherbet or something in it.

The orange shell was frozen & filled with orange sorbet & grand marnier poured over it. Very tasty. On regular menu at Le p'tit bistro in orient village. They also have a beef stew & beef bourgignon both very tasty. I had one & my husband had the other one.

Johnny cake burger was at wai' plage. Very different & delicious. I normally don't do burgers on island but this intrigued me & I enjoyed it.
