We are in the airport bar now. It is outside gate 10 and it is cooler than the other gates. We took Carols advise, Diana saved a table in the bar and I ran to Johnny Burger. Good drinks and a very good burger.

This is a Monday And the airport is full. Fly off peak if you can. They are going to call boarding soon We are planning next year. Our Royal Palm weeks are Friday to Friday so we are hoping the crowds are moderate.

Glad you enjoyed the burger. So, there is no food at the bar itself still? And there is only the one bar downstairs?

That is correct. Only one bar down by gate 10. No food at the bar. Johnnie Burger is way upstairs. Both were good. John

You can get beer & wine at some of the food places upper level near burger place. Beer at dominos pizza & wine at the breakfast type place in the alcove with tables to sit.

OK, thanks NumberCruncher and jeepers. Sounds like a TREK, to go back to get the burger. And I prefer to be able to get more than one drink, when I'm getting on the plane to go home! My plan would be that I head straight to the bar, and leave Eric behind to get the burger, and then he can come down and join me at the bar! I'm always so willing to make the sacrifice to wait at the bar!
