Bill and Elaine- we're renting a condo at the Rainbow in February- is it safe to walk to Bar Code and Fat Tony's at night (6-9 pm)?

I can't speak for Elaine, but I stayed at Tradewinds (across street from Rainbow) for several weeks last year and walked at night from there to Bar Code. Felt perfectly safe.

We walk all the time from Cupecoy Beach Club. I actually asked security their thoughts. They said no issues just don’t be silly and be out after midnight unless in a large group. I’ve let the boys walk many times. Especially when the college is in session. Now with LeBodega Open there is even more life and when the new hotel opens there will be more people.

You'll be fine, our daughter lived at Rainbow while she was at AUC and walked to all the restaurants there, AUC has a big security presence in the whole Jordan Village area, very safe
