Does anyone know the name of the car rental company (small business) that meets you at the airport (I believe his name is Danny), you complete the transaction in the vehicle, and leave the vehicle at the airport with the keys in it when you’re heading home? Lost their business card and can’t find it in my emails.

Leslie, owner of Kenny's, will meet you at the airport, have you sign the contract, go over anything you want about his cars and off you'll go! Simple as that. And, when you leave the island you leave the car of in the parking lot, put the keys where he tells you, and you're ready to go. Very simple and the cars, as well as Leslie, are very reliable.

Our AA flight was due to arrive Thursday 4/9/20 at 1:20pm, changed to 3:50pm. We are staying in GC and were planning on walking to dinner at Piazza Pascal or Bistro Caraibes, but now with us getting in later by the time we get to hotel and check in, dinner wouldn't be before 7pm, meaning the walk back would be after dark. So as a first timers, with many future visits hopefully, can you help me out with these?
1) Is my 10 minute walk back to hotel after dark reasonable, what would you suggest. We are staying at Bleu Emeraude.
2) Any preference as to which dining establishment, I've read great things about both.
3) We have a car reserved at SXM, but to save time by avoiding the rental activity that day, we thought we could just cab it to hotel in GC then grab a car from a local company (maybe Kennys if they serve GC area) on Friday morning.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Newt, I can't answer your question regarding the safety of walking back to your hotel after dark, although that's generally not a good idea anywhere on the island. I do suggest that you post your question in a new thread, as I think it will be lost here in this thread. And there are several restaurants in Grand Case, not just two.
