I know he’s not on here much but I feel compelled to spread the word that the Yacht Week drunks felt within their rights to vandalize Walker and Nancy’s property at Cow Wreck tonight by stealing the LSU/SEC flag in front of the house.

Really bad behavior from this group - they were apparently partying at CWB and invaded the yard when Nancy and Walker were having dinner.

If anyone hears or sees anything, make note of it.

From when I had run into them this week they seemed like an obnoxious crowd, captains included.

Yesterday a YW week boat coming back from Anegada put out a distress call. The seas were not too bad, maybe 3-5, but they must have lost an engine, were taking on water, and one person was injured enough to need to have VISAR get them off the boat. They were just north of Virgin Gorda and VISAR had then get into the Lee of Mosquito Island bear the shortcut into North Sound so they could MEDEVAC the injured crew.

I was very happy to see VISAR at work. It’s good to know we have a safety net here

Glad Walker got his flags back. Out of curiosity, are Yacht Week and BucketLust one and the same?

No but I spoke to some of the BucketLust employees at the beach in Cane Garden Bay and they told me many of them used to work for The Yacht Week. They seem to have just copied the concept.

Glad it was returned. Stupid sh*t happens, it's how you fix it that counts. Glad someone did the right thing.

The group leader apologized to Walker this a.m. - we blitzed their Facebook and Instagram pages - I am sure it wouldn’t discourage the kind of clientele they attract but it was enough to disturb those in command....Nick said the group had been banned from Leverick - at least when he and Monz were there - not sure if that is still the case.

I watched some of the reality series about The Bucket Lust because they disguised it as a program about sailing in the Abacos.....more like how to get drunk and act like entitled millennials in the Abacos...

Wow...that was an impressive social media bombing...

It looks as though they will be in the BVIs again May 23 when your tagline says you may be down, Winterstale

Fortunately will be gone by the 19th so should miss them

This is why we always start charters on an “off” day - in this case, a Monday - so that we can hopefully avoid them!

As do we...Sunday to Tuesday...just didn't even know they existed to avoid them. Always good to learn something new...

I did the same thing; stopped watching very soon after I started.
