Well that was a big hit. Potatoes not greasy at all and I now have a quart of fennel scented EVOO. Cheers irina

Irina--I guess I'm not with it--It didn't look good to me, I thought it would be VERY greasy, and I wasn't sure what to do with the oil afterward.

We r In nyc. It was not greasy at all. Strange i know. going to use the oil to saute chicken cutlets etc. Also for salads etc. cheers
