There are now several restaurants operating in Trellis. The Market has their attached section for food and drink, a renovated Jeremy's has reopened, and there is now Marche with one side offering sushi and related Japanese food in a very nice appropriately themed interior section while the other side offers more traditional fare. Evidently a new dock is about to be installed in front of De Loose Mongoose however there are still no signs of construction on the restaurant. Aragorn's is of course operating as well for those who wish to shop. We are here today to pick up guests at the airport and it is nice to have options for dinner ashore after they arrive.

The sushi is freshly prepared, good, and not extortionately priced.

So Henryv, where did you end up eating? Any comments on it?

As it turned out our friends flight came quite late and they had already eaten so we just snacked on the boat. We plan to try the sushi place when we drop them off next weekend.

We are in Trellis today and just back from an excellent meal at Marche. Three of us shared food from the sushi menu while one person had roti. All food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The place was quite busy so I expect they will do well.

The Marche had a fellow playing guitar and singing. We heard music coming from the Market area but not sure if live or canned. It is not like old days when the Last Resort had the singing chef and the Loose Mongoose had a variety of entertainment. It does seem the Loose Mongoose construction is back on so in time they should be back but it will be a while yet.

Miss the Mongoose days with toes in the sand and games on the outdoor TV.
