We have been staying on Simpson Bay in various locations for the past 7-8 years. We are now at a point where we would like to spend 12 weeks. Six weeks in November and early December. Another 6 weeks in January-February. We would like to be on the Beach. We have stayed at Co-Co's, Oceans Edge, Le Papilion and Beachside Villas. Most important to us is the beach. 1 or 2 bedrooms work. We are set for this Winter for 8 weeks, (4 and 4) but will start looking now for 2020 -2021. Hoping to find a condo in which the owner would consider a better rate for a 6 plus 6 week stay. We have been in contact with a few realtors and property manages but haven't found exactly what we are looking for yet. We would appreciate any suggestions.

Beachside Villas is great if available. Mary's Boon has the advantages of their own restaurant and bar.

Beachside Villas is great, agreed, but I would very much doubt if they would have that kind of availability, as they only have 13 units that they rent. Mary's Boon has more units, but I'm not sure what the kitchen facilities are there, and staying that long, one would want a good kitchen.

Homeaway, which we have used MANY times in the USA and Europe, had 300+ rentals available in/on Simpson Bay ...some meet your desires....some don't....but it makes for some interesting research. I did see some VERY interesting possibilities
