Over the last many years of sailing around I have seen many cats stern to the beach. I have sailed in the Med and docked via that style at dock, but never to the beach. I see boats do it all the time at JVD(SD) etc. Other than release anchor x' off beach and back in slow w wheel over does anyone have input on best method?
