We've had chicken wings at Buffalo Wings next to Izi's and also at St Maarten Yacht Club next to bridge. Best???, but we ate everyone of them.
Next SXM visit -November 2023. Also January 2024.

Kind of like the best ribs or best pizza scenario. What is best to one may be the least desirable to another. I don't eat wings so I would have no idea.

I hear ya J.D , but at times , I like a small eatery at home in the evening lol, but not for full dinner.

You forgot best accommodations, beach and best side of island, Dutch or French.

Lagoonies serves a dry wing. I do not believe they use a rub but whatever they put on them is outstanding. Its not a heavy breading either. Whatever they put on the wings - YUM!
My husband even enjoys them and he is not a wing guy.
For a dipping sauce I mix matouks hot pepper sauce and mayonnaise and dip the wings into it. AMAZING!
BTW they are only on the tapas menu in the evening and no on the menu daily, so call before you go.
