It is well sold at this point but cabins are available. We like the short duration requiring only one Monday-Friday offfrom work and the price not a fortune.
But the ports are just OK. We may jump on at the last minute if the week remains a convenient one as winter arrives.

We're booked for 2020, our first BNB.

The biggest complaint about these cruises seems to be that they are sold as nude cruises and it is very difficult to be able to get chairs ondeck. And with this itinerary, the only real nude opportunity is the private island. I personally would rather book a nicer ship with a better cabin for the same amount of money, and stop in SXM for the day..

The Bare Necessities cruise we were on last year was great with plenty of opportunities to sun yourself on board the ship and many day activities while at sea. BN has a new lounger chair policy which really seemed to work to stop the hoarding of loungers. The land excursions also offered plenty of nude options. Yes it is more expensive, yet the cruise line did a great job.

Glad to hear about the new lounger policy, as that has been a really consistent complaint for years and years.

We have taken 4 BN cruises and have enjoyed everyone. I enjoy not having to pack all the dress clothes and shoes we did on Holland. BN staff listen to peoples complaints about the chairs and took action to stop the saving of chairs. BN staff walked the deck every 15 mins and tagged any saved chairs with time stickers. After 30 mins all of your belonging were removed and put in an area for you to pickup. This worked real well except for the people that slept to noon. We were always in chairs by 8:00 as we are both early raisers At 1:00 we would give up our chairs and go have lunch. By then I had my sun for the day. You could always find a single chair so Tom would go back out if he wanted more sun. Wish the cruise lines would enforce this policy that they already have on the books.
We are skipping 2020 cruise because ports are the same. But we took a leap of faith and booked for 2021.
