Please pardon my absence. The days have just been repeats of the previous days so there really is not much to say about them. However I will mention 2 restaurants.
On Saturday we went to Jax in Maho. We used the Valet Service at the Casino and it worked out well. Tipped the Valet pretty well to lessen some of my guilt.
The steaks at Jax were really good and the service was terrific. The vegetable medley was really delicious too. We listened to advice given here and sat away from the grill. I can understand the reasoning as it was a bit warm in the restaurant even though we did. I would recommend Jax as the food was very good and the price wasn’t unreasonable. A good find.
Last night we went to Sale & Pepe. Our first time was 2 years ago and we thought it was great then. Last night did not disappoint. I know there have been mixed reviews here in the past but we are now 2 for 2 on visits here. The service was great. The staff was very friendly. And the food was excellent.
There was a little hiccup when the food was delivered to the table as one pasta dish ended upside down on the table. A well placed napkin kept the damage minimal. No one was burned or hurt. The staff was very apologetic and the Restaurant did the correct thing.
We really enjoyed Sale & Pepe and I thought it was my best dinner of the trip, so far.

I would call a plate ending up upside down on the table more than a little hiccup  , but glad it turned out OK. As far as the days coming out the same, when you find something that works.  Enjoy!

It was, but it could have turned out much worse than it did. The Waiter was mortified and everyone was apologetic. The important thing is no one was burned.

I have not tried JAX yet but loved my dinners at Sale et Pepe. Keep enjoying your trip!
