It may be open by 2020 - we went by in April and there was lots to do, though there are more workers on VG these days and less work to do so that may speed up construction.

hopefully Saba does open and get back in operation,
We very much enjoyed having happy hour, watching them feed the tarpons, and then get spoiled silly for marvelous dinners...
Plus the easy, welcoming ambiance.
May they be open for your next BVI visit.
