Thank you for the help we are new to the BVI’s

Post Irma : alll we can do is suggest the bars and restaurants that we chose, Many are repeats from previous trips. Peoples tastes and what they enjoy can vary ., Cannot comment on places that are excellent that we have not tried.
* Road Town" Pussers Co. Store , bar and restaurant late lunch - early dinner, and drinks at the bar---------------- Breakfast at Maria's by the Sea ( Hotel )......very good
* The Pub, at Road Reef, next to Conch ....good dinners and great breakfasts, and also well poured drinks any time. .
Sailing:
* Great Harbor, Peter Island: The NEW WILLY T ( but it seems they are headed back to Norman and the Bight. ) Drinks only the first night there at Great Harbor
* Virgin Gorda : Upstairs Restaurant at Leverick Bay ( Gorda Sound ) great ambiance, food, classy, etc.. Drinks at Jumbies ( tiki bar) at Leverick ( Gorda Sound )....... BBQ at Leverick friday night party. Great ! Drinks at Top o the Baths after Devils Bay, and the Baths. View, swimming pool, good drinks.
* Marina Cay: the new tent restaurant and bar, We felt easy casual, and ate up at the bar, but many crews were dining under the tent. All seemed good. Pleasant, peaceful, friendly and all round good everything.
* Jost Diamond Cay : Foxy's Taboo drinks and later dinner. Open air, Nicely rebuilt.
* Cane Garden Bay: The BANANA, across the road from the beach bars. EXCELLENT AND CLASSY ......... Pussers / Myettes ( Pussettes ) Cane Garden Bay and . Happy Hour at Quitos (drinks only )
* Nanny Cay : Peg Legs beach bar ( good food and drinks and fun ) .....and Taxi to BRANDYWINE for very special birthday dinner. Outstanding. Highly recommend for special dinner out.
* Norman Island, The Bight.........drinks only at the Club, next door to Pirates. Poker run day, huge party, Pirates was mobbed. We ate dinner on board the boat when at the Bight, .
* Cooper Island Beach Club) Early reservations for dinner ....also had drinks up at the bar. Very good . .
* Willy T on our last night on board......drinks and good fun, and then dinner ( honey dipped fried chicken plus sides ) Always good.
We had breakfast, lunches, and snacks on board most every day. Late Lunch / Dinners we liked to have ashore
Added info that you may not need.( or maybe you would....... with all of the sailing, snorkeling, eating well , and partying, we did not gain a single pound . Love the BVI..

Add Cocomaya and Bath and turtle to the list on VG - and the top of the baths if you go to the Baths

If you spend a night in Cane Garden Bay, it's worth a quick taxi trip up the hill to Stoutt's Lookout! Great views, drinks, and Prince is the best host! Great opportunity to take a photo of your boat from above.
Actually, you can walk it if you're interested in some exercise. It's a little over 1 mile each way from CGB.

Thank you for the helpful information.
We are doing a 5 day bareboat charter power cat. Then staying in a villa on Virgin Garda for 5 days.
We own a boat on the Chesapeake Bay and my wife does not get too sea sick. So we are trying out the BVI’s.
Hopefully next year we can do a 10 day charter.
We have a Pussers in Annapolis so I don’t think we will stop there.
We enjoy good food and a fun bar. We will snorkel at least twice a day, I will sneak in a third while the wife sun baths. I will probably dive when on Virgin Gorda.

I love their fried chicken and a rum swizzle (though I do hope they fix the road - we were in Nail Bay)

I wouldn't cross any Pussers in the BVI's off my list because I've been to the one on Ego Alley in Annapolis....just saying. CGB, Marina Cay, and Leverick are well worth visiting!

No Pusser's in Leverick for a long time.."Pusser's at Myett's" is in CGB. Its very Pusser's very little old Myetts, which is good or bad depending on your tastes. I would add " B Line" on Little Jost as a must stop if you are in the area and for great food "Gene's" in Sea Cows Bay if you stop there..

What ever happened to Pusser's Charlie T's near Hodges Creek Marina? Just sitting empty? I thought it shut down prior to Irma. I never ate there, but I sure liked it's predecessor Fat Hog Bob's that always had a nice crowd from the old nearby Sunsail base.
