Dinner tonight was excellent as usual. I love the atmosphere upstairs. Tonight they had a DJ. He was very good.
The Wonky Dog is installing moorings. They will be white with a blue stripe and they will say pay at the Wonky Dog.
Within the next couple of weeks or so, they should have 20 balls installed.
I think that the first several will be available for use in the next day or two.

That sounds to me like the lack of mooring balls situation is on the way to being solved.

Awesome news! Thanks Warren
...I don't suppose you have any idea on rough location...and therefore rough depth...?!
Asking a lot there I realise!

Sadly however it will take out even more room for those who prefer to anchor and not risk Mooring balls. Anchoring does not get any easier than Anegada with fantastic holding. It was a great place to teach anchoring. G

Seeking advice from those with more experience than me - Is that 6 ft at high tide or low tide? I understand there is not much tidal range, but there is some. What's the maximum draft you'd feel comfortable with on these balls?

I would suggest that you contact wonky dog directly.

You caught me off guard with "upstairs". We've eaten there a couple of times and always outside then move to the bar for drinks. There's an inside?!

They put a dining and bar area on top of the old one.
