HI, sorry I did a quick search but came up empty. Sorry I struggle with search sometimes frown
Friends of mine arrive in STT @ 3:15 (on AA , direct flight) and are concerned about making the 4:15 ferry. Do you think there is an issue making that? I know it is often not running on time.
Also, can someone confirm what the incoming amount you pay at customs is coming off the ferry?
Thanks much! 10 days out!

Shouldn't be a problem, especially if they don't have checked bags. Have them book a driver like Kevin Campbell and he can call ahead and have them hold the ferry.

There's a $10 "environmental levy" tax when entering the BVI.

Thanks...they are being quoted a 45.00 customs fee. I think that is not a govenment fee but a fee to get them through customs.

If they're coming in on the ferry and not declaring anything, there's no customs fee.

What agency is quoting a $45 fee ? Are they dealing with a concierge service,or a water taxi or some other kind of transportation company?

Local Sailor, It was one of the water taxi companies.
This may you to the front of the line at customs but to me it seems like a steep price.

Some water taxis quote $45 and some quote $60. Getting off ferry, $10 for the "Turtle card"
