Will be on island May 4-25. Wondering if there is any place I can go and sing like an Open Mic or Karaoke? Any info would be appreciated.

I believe Monday nights at Snoopy's

As Scubaman said, Toppers is probably the best place for karaoke (was there last night). While they advertise Thursday as being karaoke night, you can actually sing any night. Mario is their normal karaoke guy and he is very accommodating.

Friday nights at Sublime in Simpson Bay .

When we were there in Dec., there was karaoke in Grand Case on a Sat. night. It was several doors down from Bistro Caraibes, same side of street. The singers were so good that locals were sitting in their chairs along the street to hear them. They were passing the mic around, encouraging others to join in. And they were mostly singing classic country. Cool.

That's actually a pretty funny picture in my mind's eye, country music karaoke in Grand Case!

Carol. that's what made it even more interesting. We had just eaten dinner at Bistro (yumma), and must have listened for 30 - 45 minutes. Two male & one female singers were all very talented. A few onlookers were OK, but not in the same league. This place isn't a restaurant, but they were serving drinks.
